Regular priced merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Sale items may not be returned.

Please email info@gagnelingerie.com with below form completely filled out to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns are not accepted without this Return Authorization Number.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all original tags attached.
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs and we do not refund initial shipping costs.
Please allow 12 business days for goods to be returned prior to processing your refund or exchange.
